What caused TWA Flight 800 to explode and crash into the Atlantic Ocean on July 17, 1996, killing all 230 passengers and crew, 12 minutes after takeoff from New York’s JFK Airport? Was the explosion caused by a mechanical problem, or a missile? If it WAS caused by a missile: was it a mistake, or an act of war? If so…who was responsible?
